Twofour Digital has announced its latest Web TV portal B4U TV. The platform, which was launched during the Deepavali Festival (meaning Festival of Light) last week simulcasts two live TV channels; B4U Music, the number one Asian channel and B4U Movies, which broadcasts a range of Bollywood blockbusters, genre and family films.

The purpose built portal, designed and hosted by Twofour, fully integrates into the existing B4U TV website, and uses flash for accessibility across both PC and Mac users. Twofour is receiving a live satellite feed of the two TV channels and encoding them before streaming live, securing with Flash Authentication, and delivering to consumers through its long–standing partnership with Limelight.

The new system allows viewers from across the globe (with the exception the USA) to subscribe to the channels individually or both as a package. Future scalability plans include the launch of a pay-per-view or subscription based video-on-demand (VOD) service.
